In the late 1990’s, Matt moved to Silicon Valley to pursue his passion for technology innovation by leveraging his financial background to raise capital for and invest in early-stage technology startups. Over the course of his career, he has performed detailed analysis on a wide range of industries, reviewed thousands of investment opportunities, conducted thorough due diligence processes, negotiated term sheets, closed significant financing transactions, participated actively on numerous boards, and provided guidance to portfolio companies from startup through IPO/M&A transactions.
